I absolutely adore Sarah's Friday classes; they truly brighten up my week! Sarah curates a lively playlist and keeps the energy high and motivating throughout the session. The 30-minute duration is ideal for my schedule, and I only wish there were more classes like this throughout the week/weekend. To top it off, the smoothie at the end of the class is a lovely bonus! It's the perfect way to wrap up a fantastic workout session with Sarah!
