Wel vond ik het erg ongepast en ongemakkelijk dat ze toelieten dat mensen ongevraagd gingen filmen. The guidance Maria gives during this session is magical. With the voice of an angel it felt like she was calling upon ancestors. Definitely joining this class again. Also, great choice of asanas, I felt like my whole body was moved with impact by the end. The class wasn't as "spiritual" or meditational like the ones I've had in other studios. It was more somatic in that way, but still nice and calming. I was the only international person, and it was passively made clear to me at the beginning that it's a burden that the class had to include some English instructions, which was unpleasant for me. It was too long of a discussion, like if we ask me again or mention it just a fourth time, then I'd magically speak Dutch :D But it was fine, the class was great and the feeling cleared up once we got going.

Tijdens de les houdt zij goed in de gaten of iedereen de oefeningen op de juiste manier doet. Het is een pittige les die geschikt is voor pilateskenners, maar ook beginners!

Our teacher took her time to guide us as we experimented with different breathing techniques, postures in and out of the hammock, and overall meditation. You can tell how passionate she is about what she does and in a city where most things are fast, a little slowdown and the calmness she radiates, feels like a gift. I had a wonderful time and hopefully will get to book new classes soon.
