She is also genuinely passionate about the topic which makes the healing even more profound. “Just one feedback:” I think the Q&A part at the end must be optional for the ones who need to stay. Since it’s an extremely deep session, I would have preferred to get some quite time or talk to in person. I really didn’t feel ready to listen somebody else’s questions, but at the same time felt having to stay out of respect to her. Thanks!

visa alla recensionerDaniel‘s guidance and introduction to meditation is very enjoyable, he makes sure to give enough challenges but for everyone to be comfortable. I only have a request to the studio if it’s possible to tell their students to change clothes in the room in the back rather than infront of the jackets? I felt a bit uncomfortable to wait for someone to dress down and put their pants back on in the entry area so that I had to wait to grab my jacket right infront of them. It’s great if people are this comfortable with their body but others may not be.
