visa alla recensionerI loved the energy and vibe here and would definitely come back to try another class. This class I knew would be chill but personally felt a little too chill for me, even in yin yoga I like somewhat of a challenge/big stretch to help my mind go quiet. The instructor was really sweet and I liked her verbal instructions, for a restorative class I’d love to see some hands on adjustments but all in all very relaxing and loved the sense of community there!!!
