I usually just do the Strength class on Thursdays, but this was a great change of pace and I got to work out all the muscles I forgot I had - whoops! This class is perfect for the Pilates Princesses and Barre Babes that like a little extra cardiotastic umph to get their day started. All those smaller muscles are really gonna feel the burn 🔥 Highly recommend!

visa alla recensionerThe space is really nice! The class was great! I don’t like choreo on the bike, there was a little bit of that (stand up, sit down rapidly) but I skipped and didn’t feel pressured to follow the exact directions, but still got a great workout!

visa alla recensionerLots and lots of FUN! Cassie's class really made me stronger, sexier and sweatier afterwards! It's basically cardio-dance with cute colored pom poms. There's some choreography but not too difficult to follow. Loved the instructor's energy and positive attitude.

visa alla recensionerGoing there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

visa alla recensionerI do barre classes often here and I just LOVE the space. In this studio they don’t cram you in like sardines; you have room to be and breathe and move. Such a pleasant atmosphere, thoughtful instructors, and all around good vibes. I appreciated this instructor in particular because she provided helpful technique and body position corrections to make sure we were getting the most out of our workouts. I’ll be back!

visa alla recensionerI’m a novice at yoga (took maybe 3 classes in the past year). Some of the moves and transitions can get tricky but there’s enough repetition to learn and keep up. Emma is a great instructor and always encourages everyone to listen to their body and never push beyond their limits. She also provides adjustments for harder poses. The class was small at 9am on a weekday (around 7 or 8 people including myself), so lots of space to spread out. Overall, highly recommended to everyone who loves or would like to try yoga! :)

visa alla recensionerI loved this class and instructor! I’m not sure I would call this class “cardio” but it was overall just a great yoga class with an engaging flow. I’ve found yoga flow classes at exhale to be a bit slow and beginner, but this class was great for yogis with some experience. Cassandra brought such a great energy to the class. I was sweaty, relaxed, and engaged!

I don’t feel pressured like I’m doing things wrong, more like I can just do my best. He does offer clips to put on your mat to indicate consent for adjustments; this was very thoughtful as I was able to opt out.

visa alla recensionerThis is instructor was so kind and accommodating to injuries. She planned out the work out so well I didn’t feel defeated being new to barre and having an ankle injury. It was spaced out nicely with stretch breaks and she did so well at pacing and announcing when we are close to being finished with a specific work out and that a stretch break will follow! I will definitely be coming back to her!!!
