I’ve gone to another business like this and although I got my sweat on, Drip Box has definitely won the prize for being the overall best experience I’ve had thus far with Infrared Saunas. Taking the breaks between to drink water and stay hydrated is something I’ve never done in the past. Maybe it’s just something that became a requirement over time since the beginning of saunas? He answered all of my questions before getting me set up in my private sauna room. You can tell how proud he is of his space, as he should be! Already looking forward to coming back for more self care and try out their contrast therapy cold plunge. So happy to have a space like this now in San Diego!

The rooms have everything you need and are spotless. Although you can’t book it through class pass they have rooms that have cold plunge and showers. The room I used did not have a shower however they provided a cold wet towel with essential oils. If you need a shower after I recommend booking their bigger rooms. Overall I loved it and popped in for a healthy lunch next door at Pao cafe.

An infrared sweat is such a clean sweat that my skin always feels very soft afterward. The cooling towel they provide for after exiting the sauna is a nice touch. I have been trying out a few different infrared sauna places, and this is my favorite.
