Juli provided guided breathing with each pose and a bit of meditation at the beginning and at the end of the class. I felt that this class was great for strengthening and toning muscles, there was slow transition between poses but the long holds did provide adequate challenge for my body. Also loved the soothing and meditative music. Left there feeling very relaxed and energized for the day. Thanks for an amazing class.

My lower back has been giving me some issues and the infrared bed provided instant relief, it’s almost magical. This was my first ever cryotherapy so I wasn’t sure what to expect. visa alla recensionerThe Reiki session I had was incredible. She explained everything in detail beforehand and I had no questions before we started the actual session. She’s very knowledgeable in her work and shares her knowledge with you. I was super comfortable from the time I walked in I knew the energy was “just right”. I highly recommend this facility. I had only experienced like 5 minute Reiki “add on sessions” at another facility and had never had a full Reiki session before and I wasn’t too sure what to expect. After the session, I had an overwhelming sense of weight lifted off my chest and the past week I have noticed myself having a whole different way of looking at situations in a positive and more productive way. I also enjoyed the shop and bought myself an orange aventurine crystal, sage and a tigers eye bracelet. Overall amazing experience!

For a day pass you get access to all their different modalities of recovery, which is great because sometimes you just have to try different things to see what works great for your body. I also love how you can enjoy at your own pace and really get into relaxing without distruption, but if you ever need help the technicians are always on hand to help. The facility is very clean and advanced and the staff are friendly and clean very often and throughly. Only thing is I wish there were little note cards or something that has some instruction and description for the machines. Gabriel and Gabby made my visit amazing and memorable, will definitely come back again!
