visa alla recensionerPerfect teaching! Miffy is a gentle, caring, professional, encouraging yet funny teacher XD! I like her voice and her classes are always interesting. She will introduce the class objective at the beginning and take care of every student’s condition, with the emphasis that we don't need to compare with others. She is also attentive to details, which helps us to understand our bodies and strengths more easily. Options are always provided so we don't need to force ourselves to limit. We can find a balance while trying challenging poses. Lucky to meet Miffy and her studio is pretty and comfortable too!

If you want to learn and advance, I highly recommend Teacher Lai’s class. I’m so happy she subbed today and I got to experience being a student in her class. I’m definitely going to try and wake up early to attend her 6:30am class :)
