Even the gal next to me in class was supportive and told me she comes a few times a month and it’s a hard workout but leaves you feeling accomplished. I will definitely be back

visa alla recensionerI had a great first time at Spenga and I'm definitely definitely definitely going back!!! The place is super clean and bright, and everything looks brand new. It's cool that you get your own spot with all the gear you need, so you don't have to wander around for weights/mat/med balls. The class was awesome, especially the stretch at the end. Tabby was full of energy and very professional. Best gym experience I've ever had!

The class took core strength, balance, mobility and fun to a whole new level. I couldn’t stop smiling. I felt very encouraged by my fellow classmates as well. Very welcoming and encouraging. Definitely want to come back and bring friends! So different!

visa alla recensionerThe staff and the instructor were super nice and the facility was well kept and felt clean. Lilly made sure I was comfortable with the bike and the layout of the class before we got started. And obviously amazing music with the Taylor Swift theme!!! I think this would be a great class for someone new at cycling. My only “complaint” is that I didn’t like that there was no way to self monitor your individual progress and what was expected from us in terms of the resistance on the bike felt a little random compared to other cycle classes i’ve taken. Being able to monitor that progress is what motivates me through classes like that so I didn’t feel like l pushed myself as much as I normally do. Overall great class though and I would definitely go back!
