She was able to move me into the correct form without being too pushy or invasive, and gave us shout outs when we were doing well. I have been doing lagree for a while now and I think she provides a great workout for both beginners and regulars!

I had trouble getting off the degree machine at the end of class. I can’t make it to most of our classes, but will definitely be keeping an eye out for her on the schedule when she subs.
