I don’t speak German, and even though the class was in German, Verena would cue the English name of the exercise after saying it in German so that I could follow along. The class flowed very well and was a great workout. I definitely recommend this instructor and will be back for sure. Thank you!!!

I’ve been taking starter classes at MAD for a while with the sole intent of being able to progress onto other classes and I’m so pleased that I found this class entirely doable and dare I say, even easier than some of the starter classes as the focus is on Abs and Arms only. I shall be celebrating this small win by booking myself one of the Classic classes 🙈 Amalia modified to everyone’s levels and she is such an attentive instructor. I’ve tried a few starters with her and it’s always 10/10. Thanks soooo much 🫶🏼

visa alla recensionerGood, relaxed class, nice studio! I arrived slightly late to class but was easy to settle in and catch up with the group. Clear instructions given and easy to follow. There is a shower that you can use but bring your own shampoo/shower gel/towel as shampoo had run out and I didn’t see any towels there. There’s also a dressing room with hairdryer/straightener.
