It’s my first time attending this type of class, yin yoga + singing bowl and I freaking love how I feel afterwards. It’s that type of yoga class that is relaxing and simply makes you feel good. Kak Sandra also gives a detailed explanation about the poses and very considerate with our needs. Will definitely book another session!

There was very minimal yoga aspect, for those who are expecting that. Still a great workout nonetheless! KC is v friendly and patient as well
