Opening the hips and joints, while still engaging the core. I left feeling refreshed. A great class to add to your weekly cycle. The class ended with sage and some sound bath and it was a lovely way to start a Sunday. (This was my first class at this studio and I'm curious to explore others).

Contrary to what the lady at the front desk thinks, this information is not disclosed anywhere on the Class Pass app or in the confirmation email. The sauna itself was fine, clean, but no colored light therapy inside. Just a small white light bulb for reading, like on an airplane. There’s bluetooth but my phone wasn’t able to connect or find the network. I liked the space itself, it had a calming peaceful vibe. Wish they would incorporate more of that “healing energy” spirit into the Sauna room/experience.
