But Mood, please check the water and cleanliness at shower room regularly, because it was my little bit bad shower time experience there 🥲 also I suggest you to bring your own towel.

It’s my first time attending this type of class, yin yoga + singing bowl and I freaking love how I feel afterwards. It’s that type of yoga class that is relaxing and simply makes you feel good. Kak Sandra also gives a detailed explanation about the poses and very considerate with our needs. Will definitely book another session!

All equipments (yoga mat, block, strap) have been prepared before class (or you can bring your own too ofc). visa alla recensionerDespite having a mental breakdown before coming to the gym (totally unrelated), my mood was totally lighten up by the warm greetings and hospitality given by the staff at Sheraton Jakarta’s gym. It was so far better than other hotel gyms that I have visited. It was an amazing experience. Their gym equipment are so ready to welcome many visitors, lockers and ladies washroom however still have room for expansion if they’re looking to attract more people to come. Nonetheless, it’s a great experience to work out at Sheraton Jakarta. Will definitely come back some other time! Special thanks to Mba Susana for the brief and friendly tour of the gym 🙏🏼😊
