Jeff is an incredible teacher, enthusiastic, supportive and happy to modify/ go over choreo for anyone struggling :) Encouraged to freestyle our own choreo into the routine, which is definitely a giggle. One of the best and most unique dance classes I've ever been to, highly recommend you give it a whirl!

visa alla recensionerThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.
