The class was small enough that everybody had individual attention from the coach. The gym was really spacious. Everything was clean, including the bathroom. And the reception person Jaylin was lovely and very welcoming!! the work out was fantastic and I can’t wait to go back!!!

visa alla recensionerIt was so fun! Jose was great and set me up to spar with really helpful people (which helped a lot since I’ve never taken jiu jitsu before). It was a crazy workout and you get so sweaty but a great time. Very friendly instructors and wasn’t as intimidating as I would have imagined (going in as a newbie).

It was great learning boxing and Muay Thai and basically having one on one with my boyfriend during the class. Amir was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable.
