She is able to explain the steps clearly, able to correct mistakes, as well as clarify moves. Great playlist with very intentional sequences in the mix of genres to maximum the workout. Beginners and regulars seemed to all be able to follow the steps as the instructor cues really well, and moves in a way that is clear for even those at the back of the studio. And while there were many participants, the studio was spacious enough to move around comfortably.
