visa alla recensionerThis was my first time in a Pilates class. I arrived a few minutes late but Riley was great and still let me in & helped direct me to where they were. At the beginning, it didn’t seem like a deep workout, but it got much more intense & it was working muscles I didn’t realize were being targeted. The instructor offered modifications when she saw that I was struggling with certain items & she demonstrated a number of times to make sure it was done correctly. I’d go again.

visa alla recensionerI’ve been to several Pilates Studios around the valley, and I feel like this one gave me the best workout (my legs are still shaking)! I’m glad I had been to a few classes elsewhere before I started this one, so maybe not the best class for a brand new beginner, but also not super complicated so if it is your first time, I’m sure you’ll be fine! Will deff be back!
