All of her classes are unique and thoughtful, and extremely challenging, but she’s right in it with you. It’s not just a class; it’s truly a cathartic healing experience.

visa alla recensionerThis place is fantastic. It would be difficult for beginners, however, that does not mean it would not be beneficial. It really asks you to engage completely and thoughtfully. Remembering the long sequences is hard…at first. It does get easier. As far as teaching form, not this particular class. The instructors are, however, thoughtful and willing to take time after class.
