I've attended many yoga classes elsewhere that never explained what ujjayi breath was - after taking one class here I finally know what it was!

visa alla recensionerBonnie is wonderful. Class was the right pace for me -- not too fast or intense given the heated room. She provides hands on adjustments if you want (shown with a small card above your mat). I felt so good after class!
