visa alla recensionerThere is no one like Fallon. She is truly an amazing teacher and warmth and energy exudes from her classes. Fallon’s classes are meditative but also perfectly challenging. She has an immense knowledge of the body and translates it so well into the way she teaches. Her cues are incredible and her classes have the best energy, music and choreography. Highly recommend taking Fallon’s classes!

Lauren is very friendly and warm as an instructor as well. Bummed classpass users only get to take 2 classes. It would also be helpful to add more instruction on check in process.

Just a suggestion to do most of the moves to the beat of the music because a majority of the songs yesterday were slower than the pace she was going and so trying to keep up not to the beat was a little tough. The last two songs though were to the beat and were great! Sweaty and fun workout.

You can tell she really cares about her clients’ form and getting the most out of their workout by demonstrating each exercise and going into detail about proper body mechanics. I love how challenging and fun her classes are. She even plans the tempo of the music to match the intensity of the exercises. You will not regret signing up for her classes.

I have a particular injury and she was so good about explaining the benefits of what we were doing and the why behind it. I was very impressed with her ability to understand each individual’s needs. I would highly recommend her classes and can’t wait to go again.
