I also don’t usually come to the PB location and was unaware that there is street sweeping in the morning on the yoga box side on Tuesday’s. Brenda was kind enough to let me move my car and I really appreciate her waiting so I wouldn’t miss the class.

visa alla recensionerThis was the best class I’ve taken at Asteya and the best class I’ve taken this year. You took me out of my head and into my body. It challenged me in a way that I couldn’t anticipate what pose would be next when you first laid out the sequence. I felt my nervous system completely reset. Thank you so much. I work full time and was only able to come today because I was off and I’m so happy I came! Thank you thank you 🙏🏼 A side note would be, I know the chatter at the beginning of class can be distracting but so can the yoga sculpt music during savasana . Idk if there’s a way to sound proof that wall or something but as I was winding down I found myself ALSO wanting to do the tootsie roll with Kristin and her class… TO THE LEFT TO THE LEFT. I know it can’t all be perfect but just wanted to mention… not a reflection of today’s teaching of course 💗

visa alla recensionerJust moved back to OB after a long hiatus in other neighborhoods, and Indie Yoga is the closest studio to me. I’ve tried two classes so far, and they were both great. Charity will probably become one of my favorite teachers. Her vinyasa 2 flow was strong, challenging, and expertly paced with the perfect playlist to complement challenging sequences. I left feeling alive and inspired.

I was thinking of a million different reasons not to show up and did anyway and her little pep talk at the beginning helped me reset and push myself. The exercises were modifiable for someone getting back in to exercising regularly. It can be frustrating to join a class and find out it is not for "all fitness levels", this one I would say truly is and was challenging for all.

visa alla recensionerIt was my first time at this studio and I liked it. This Rocket class was pretty cool, I’ve never done it before. I’m used to doing power vinyasa flows with a high speed and this was very different as it involves holding postures for 10-15 seconds. Also, the room was without any mirrors so it was new experience for me too but makes you focus on your body alignment in a different way. The one thing I’d say is that it may be hard for beginners/first timers as the teacher didn’t show most of the poses so you might not know what to do if you’ve never practiced yoga. But other than that, it was a great class🤍

I was a little fatigued but I’m trying to push myself to build up my stamina and flexibility again, and I was actually pleasantly surprised at how much I could keep up with since I haven’t been practicing my yoga lately. This makes me wonder whether or not everything being used is being adequately sanitized. I wouldn’t mind cleaning my own equipment at all, especially the carriage
