This may not be for everybody, but I really enjoyed it. The flow fit the tempo of the music, so it made sense and was not distracting.

visa alla recensionerCandlelight flow was such a calming yoga session! Braelyn was very welcoming and I enjoyed her soothing sequencing in the dim lit room. Class provided deep stretches and had my legs shaking a few times, loved the hot tea afterwards! Looking forward to taking additional classes in the future.

visa alla recensionerAmazing breath work, a good balance of stretches, balance poses and long holds. Juli provided guided breathing with each pose and a bit of meditation at the beginning and at the end of the class. I felt that this class was great for strengthening and toning muscles, there was slow transition between poses but the long holds did provide adequate challenge for my body. Also loved the soothing and meditative music. Left there feeling very relaxed and energized for the day. Thanks for an amazing class.

Nicole’s (owner) classes have been wonderfully challenging, her sequences are unlike anything I’ve experienced, relaxed atmosphere, and good vibes all the way around.
