I know that's the name and aim of the studio, but I wonder if I am the only one who comes for the instructors and the vibe, and is a bit put off by the temperature, especially in summer.

Mary Lou made me feel completely comfortable & empowered me to listen to my body during this hatha flow class. Clearly Mary Lou is experienced, she was a great teacher & very professional. Also the floor is always v hard so where there’s a lot of kneeling as part of a class, it might be good to put out blankets or extra mats as standard.

I felt both energised & refreshed after the session as it was challenging & fast paced but helped to ground me after a busy week. It wasn’t a workout and was focused on yoga in its true form, ie mind body connection, something I have never experienced in any studio before. Yoga has become so much about moving your body that often we disregard the mindfulness which goes with it. I forgot about all my anxieties and stress in the hour I was with Darshana. She was a very knowledgeable teacher. Thank you!
