visa alla recensionerFabrizio was very kind and definitely encouraged you to push your limits while staying in tune with your body. I'd recommend the deepstretch class to anyone that is hoping to achieve a split and wishes to become more flexible. I would not recommend this class to individuals who have lower back vertebrae issues because there is a lot of bending down to touch your toes which can aggravate previous injuries. As always, listen to your body and adjust the movements to serve you.
