I got the 40 min scalp treatment. I do feel like the price point is a little steep, so I'm glad I got a discount via Classpass; I'm not sure which machines they used (one sounded like a machine they use at Silver Mirror for high-end facials) which might explain the price. I really hope they introduce more bundles or "frequent guests" discounts.

She was a total pro, evaluated my face and made specific recommendations of exactly what I needed. I peppered her with questions all through the facial; I felt like I was getting a free dermatology consultation. Due an emergency at one of the train stops causing a major delay, I was 15 minutes late and called ahead from the train to let them know what was going on. When I arrived, it took them 15 minutes to see me. The technician didn’t ask any questions about my skin or concerns, and on top of starting late ended the appointment ten minutes early. I don’t expect them to extend my appointment to compensate for my late arrival, but I don’t think it’s acceptable practice for them to not make up for their own delays or to not even complete the scheduled appointment time. I paid for an hour Hydrafacial and got about 20 minutes of actual service. Not sure whether that is typical, but based on the description of the service I don’t think I received the service that I paid for.
