I love the class format - you always know what’s coming next and how long you’ll be doing that movement. The classes fly by and I can feel myself getting stronger each week. The community is awesome as well!

visa alla recensionerI love it! F45 has different workouts for each station, and they display the demos on their monitors. It was so easy to follow (but the workouts were hard!). The instructors were super helpful and made sure that I had good posture when executing each movement.

Between the throwback songs I forgot I loved and the variety of the workouts themselves, the time flew by! The staff was super friendly and welcoming to newcomers and the space was really nice. I look forward to my next class at Handle Bar!

visa alla recensionerI love going with Ali as the instructor. She is always so motivating and I love her taste in music. She has good workouts and always pushes you to do your best. I’m not sure if I would recommend her if you’re a beginner, but definitely check her out if you’re in it for the long run and want a challenge.

For example, “fast run is 6 to 8” or whatever it is because I honestly shut my brain off and don’t want to have to remember what the range is for sprint vs jog vs run vs fast run while I’m doing it

Very thankful for the studio providing towels and all the extras for those going to work after and need to prep! But It would be great if there were more size inclusive towels and some that were a bit softer!

Her music choice is always spot-on, she knows how to pump up a class and always does an amazing speech nearing the end of the class that always puts me in the right headspace for the week. I feel like I can do anything after attending her class! If you’re on the fence about spin classes, try hers!!

The medium weights were enough to require decent effort to make it through without being overly fatiguing in exercises like curls, halos, squat thrusters, and sumo squats. Overall really good class, fabulous instructor, and a gorgeous studio with everything you could need. Only feedback was the music seemed crazy loud for shavasana but was totally fine otherwise - would recommend this to everyone.

visa alla recensionerI really loved this class! I’ve taken a few boxing classes before, but this tops all of them. The gym itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and the actual setup was great. I liked that the rounds were split up between floor/circuit training and the monitors were really helpful for when that listening comprehension doesn’t kick in until the pre-workout does. Kevin was an awesome coach - he was high energy, had good music, and I liked that he walked around to help with technique during the bag rounds.

visa alla recensionerGoing there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

Her classes empowered me through the end of nursing school and I couldn’t be more thankful. She always mentions how important it is that we appreciate our bodies and the fact that we can move them! visa alla recensionerI do barre classes often here and I just LOVE the space. In this studio they don’t cram you in like sardines; you have room to be and breathe and move. Such a pleasant atmosphere, thoughtful instructors, and all around good vibes. I appreciated this instructor in particular because she provided helpful technique and body position corrections to make sure we were getting the most out of our workouts. I’ll be back!

I’ve found yoga flow classes at exhale to be a bit slow and beginner, but this class was great for yogis with some experience. Cassandra brought such a great energy to the class. I was sweaty, relaxed, and engaged!
