visa alla recensionerIncredible class, the instructor was super friendly and fun and I felt right at home at this studio! I honestly had more fun in this heels class than I maybe ever have in a dance studio before, it was THAT good! I will say that this is not an appropriate class level for a beginner though, which wasn’t a problem for me, but is something to keep in mind if you’re a novice dancer!

visa alla recensionerLOVE LOVE LOVE. Difficult, but crazy fun. You just jump in and take your time and learn the movements by following the instructor (follow the feet, not the hands). Nadia was so welcoming and just had a blast, it’s really a huge dance party with planned movements. I almost bailed because I’m typically a strength training / weight lifting girl, but do it!! It’s worth it.

visa alla recensionerI’m pretty sure this class is no longer available. When I arrived for the open level dance class, the signs directing us to the class led to dead ends. My friend and I checked every floor and asked others if they knew where the Dynamic Force Dance class is taking place and no one knew about it. When nothing came up from that, we called the number listed on their Instagram page which also led to a dead end. If you are planning on taking this class, don’t waste your time.
