visa alla recensionerWhat a nice way to treat myself on the weekend spending an hour enjoying this new to me sauna experience. The infrared sauna gets you sweating but doesn’t feel as hot as other saunas I’ve been to so I was able to stay in there a bit longer. You can also choose different light and scents for added therapeutic effect or for fun. They provide towels and water, including a cold towel for afterwards. I brought in my phone to play some music. The salt therapy is supposed to be good for your lungs although they said those effects can take a little longer to notice. I’d definitely come back!
