Sie war äußerst aufmerksam und hat sich sowohl um die Neulinge als auch um die erfahrenen Teilnehmer gekümmert. Trotzdem hat sie niemanden vernachlässigt und dafür gesorgt, dass jeder das Beste aus dem Workout herausholen konnte. Die Räumlichkeiten waren zudem sehr sauber und gepflegt, was den Gesamteindruck noch positiver gestaltet hat. Ich kann diesen Kurs nur wärmstens empfehlen! Es war ein anspruchsvolles und intensives Workout, das mich wirklich herausgefordert hat. Vielen Dank dafür!

The vibe was so chill… Usually restore or Yin yoga is too “slow” for me but this one is a perfect combination of stillness & movements & stretching. The trainer paid great attention to my movements that was really helpful and he played the piano so beautifully.. it was super relaxing and meditative. Would surely love to come again! Highly recommended!

Bijzondere ervaring met de Gong, mn tijdsbesef was een beetje weg en toen kwam alweer de eindmeditatie - dus blijkbaar deed het toch iets met me. Enige minpunt is naar andere deelnemers die de sessie inkomen met een bekende. Kan het aub een 'regel' worden dat iedereen stil is als je in de ruimte bent? Geen geklets, ook niet fluisterend. Bij jullie komen veel mensen die de rust en het helen niet voor niks opzoeken, daarin dient iedereen rekening te houden met elkaar. Geen kritiek op jullie als organisatie, meer naar de deelnemers die zoveel lopen te lullen als ze op hun matje in de zaal wachten tot de les begint. Sssstttttt.

The only thing was that the practice was too easy for me, as someone who has been practicing for a few years, I need a bit more of a challenge — it was also an evening class so Manly be the flows are very simple and slow because of that. Although the location is very beautiful and would make a great yoga studio, the gym next to the studio negatively affects the vibe. That’s why I am not sure whether 10 credits are worth for a one hour class. I might not return for this reason as I think it’s a lot given the location.
