visa alla recensionerThe energy was awesome. The staff was very helpful and made sure I was setup for my first class with cycling shoes and assistance on the bike. Darrell had a 🔥🔥🔥 playlist and we worked on our core. I liked that we could push ourselves and he kept energy up the whole time. Definitely give it a try!! Very welcoming for first timers.
