visa alla recensionerThis was the best class I’ve taken at Asteya and the best class I’ve taken this year. You took me out of my head and into my body. It challenged me in a way that I couldn’t anticipate what pose would be next when you first laid out the sequence. I felt my nervous system completely reset. Thank you so much. I work full time and was only able to come today because I was off and I’m so happy I came! Thank you thank you 🙏🏼 A side note would be, I know the chatter at the beginning of class can be distracting but so can the yoga sculpt music during savasana . Idk if there’s a way to sound proof that wall or something but as I was winding down I found myself ALSO wanting to do the tootsie roll with Kristin and her class… TO THE LEFT TO THE LEFT. I know it can’t all be perfect but just wanted to mention… not a reflection of today’s teaching of course 💗

She just brings all the spice and the challenge to a hot yoga workout, but she also really focuses on listening to your body and making your practice your own. Every-time I come to her class, I know whatever is weighing on me that day will be forgotten by the end of the class. She also offers lots of modifications for different levels, so don’t be discouraged!

It felt more eastern yogic than western, for example we started with a group “om” and mantra and then went into deep and long stretching without music, just extra focus on the breath work. The teacher was very helpful and supportive and the class being small helped as well! Would definitely go back when I’m really sore or in need of more relaxation focused yoga.

Natasha was warm and welcoming, the studio is quaint and charming and the class was incredible. I wasn’t sure what to expect with bringing my baby, but it’s nice to find a space where everything was accepted. My little one cried and I was able to tend to her, and I still got to practice movement. So grateful this studio exists and I found it during my postpartum phase!

I think it was a one-time thing but it definitely made it so that they could actually go around and make adjustments and support through various poses. The long savasana with the cold lavender cloth was the absolute best. Jessica was a really great instructor (so was her mentee but I can’t remember her name), gave clear instructions and everything flowed really well. You could tell she had a huge depth of knowledge.
