They also made sure I didn’t have any injuries/limitations prior to starting. I feel like sometimes gyms dismiss ClassPass members, but I’ll definitely be back here!

The team is so warm and welcoming that the people who go there seem to follow their lead. They have little tables outside where some people seem to gather after class. Seems like they have a knack for building community and encouragement. This will be a spot I frequent!

The studio is donation based (never know if I’m supposed to donate if I book on classpass but I only learned this after I left!). Mat rental was free for my first visit and they only had small face towels for purchase. Class was a fast paced vinyasa, def got sweaty!

Which , to me , felt like make space for others to enjoy yoga. She taught a all male class today with great reminders such as close your eyes for the last remainder of class , and gave a chakra based theme on the root chakra. She gave a great hands in assist and she was very observant and engaging with the class while creating great spaces for us to self explore. Loved her style and class. Thanks Kennedy keep sharing the true essence of asana. Oh yeah she even used Sanskrit. Little fluff lots of yoga.

My only complaint is that the dots on the floor for mat placement has recently been moved back further and if you’re on the last row you’re either hitting the plants or baskets of equipment and it’s hard to do the movements for class. During one of my classes someone got up to grab more equipment mid class and she was stepping on my mat trying to get to the basket’s and was dipping sweat all over me.

I also don’t usually come to the PB location and was unaware that there is street sweeping in the morning on the yoga box side on Tuesday’s. Brenda was kind enough to let me move my car and I really appreciate her waiting so I wouldn’t miss the class.

The mix of postures are challenging enough to push you, yet relaxing enough to allow you to slow down. I appreciate her “community” breaths to recenter as well as her hands on adjustments to ensure proper alignment. Go check her out! You’ll have a very pleasant, uplifting experience :)

It challenged me in a way that I couldn’t anticipate what pose would be next when you first laid out the sequence. I felt my nervous system completely reset. Thank you so much. I work full time and was only able to come today because I was off and I’m so happy I came! Thank you thank you 🙏🏼 A side note would be, I know the chatter at the beginning of class can be distracting but so can the yoga sculpt music during savasana . Idk if there’s a way to sound proof that wall or something but as I was winding down I found myself ALSO wanting to do the tootsie roll with Kristin and her class… TO THE LEFT TO THE LEFT. I know it can’t all be perfect but just wanted to mention… not a reflection of today’s teaching of course 💗

She was able to move me into the correct form without being too pushy or invasive, and gave us shout outs when we were doing well. I have been doing lagree for a while now and I think she provides a great workout for both beginners and regulars!

There’s roughly ~15-20 people (or more) in the 6am, 7am classes. Nice turnout. Most, if not all, are daily patrons. So, you KNOW it’s good when there are regular regulars ;)

She just brings all the spice and the challenge to a hot yoga workout, but she also really focuses on listening to your body and making your practice your own. Every-time I come to her class, I know whatever is weighing on me that day will be forgotten by the end of the class.
