visa alla recensionerThe instructor was very considerate of people’s physical strength/injury, he kept telling us to take little breaks, to focus on our breaths, and class was on time. The playlist was amazing. He turned up the volume when we were at the end of one movement and struggling lol, then turned down again when we’re done. A relaxing music was played for stretches at the end of the Pilates too. Class was a bit too cold but only at the beginning. 50mins was a perfect time, not too long not too short either.
