It is really as what the reviews said, so rejuvenating for the hands. The massage is not limited to the hands area, actually involves your shoulders to your forearms too! It can be quite painful for those with low pain tolerance but Shufei really provided knowledgable insight on my body, where it is tight and asked questions about posture, habits to understand better. She also recommended me to do guasha occasionally on my shoulders and to stop drinking cold drinks as much as possible. Felt very motherly ngl 😂 She definitely knows what she is doing. Had a persistent lower back problem although not severe but I wanted to understand the anatomy and get advice for improvement on body posture. I’m so pleased that we managed to identify the 70-80% of the problem, according to Ivy but I’m already so happy. After performing some basic stretch I can clearly see the improvement in my movement.
