I am giving 4 stars because my skin got cut twice from nail filing although she apologized, and towards the end of the treatment, she was expediting the process because a walk-in customer arrived. Had I not checked my nails before leaving, I would have ended up with unfinished nails. But all in all, I love how my nails looked, and the nail tech is very skilled.
