visa alla recensionerSuch a great class! It was my first hot Pilates class and it was easy to follow along. Lindsey does such an amazing job both challenging you and encouraging you to push your limits. The studio is absolutely gorgeous and the energy from everyone here was so positive. Will definitely be taking this class again! 11/10

visa alla recensionerThe instructor was great! Her energy was amazing and she was fun. I’ve never taken a class like this before, and I didn’t die, so that was cool. Only thing to note is that this class is actually 45 min, not 30. Which was nice cuz it included a little warm up and cool down and 30 min of HIIT.

visa alla recensionerI really enjoyed Carson’s playlist and energy! I love how the movements engaged the whole space and flowed together so well — got a restorative stretch, a slight sweat, and some meditative moments. One of the most satisfying classes I’ve taken in awhile!

visa alla recensionerAmazing breath work, a good balance of stretches, balance poses and long holds. Juli provided guided breathing with each pose and a bit of meditation at the beginning and at the end of the class. I felt that this class was great for strengthening and toning muscles, there was slow transition between poses but the long holds did provide adequate challenge for my body. Also loved the soothing and meditative music. Left there feeling very relaxed and energized for the day. Thanks for an amazing class.
