His guidance for each of the yoga postures as well as the breath work was much more detailed than that of most other yoga instructors. All in all a great class and my breathing has noticeably improved since the class.

visa alla recensionerFirstly, there is only one entrance to the gym from the outside. You check in with the front desk. To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

visa alla recensionerI can't say enough good things about this class. the instructor was wonderful, and the yoga moves were easy enough for a novice like me to follow along with ease. the sound bath was something you can only experience. There's just no words for it. I left feeling lighter and more balanced. I loved this experience and definitely will be back.

visa alla recensionerMy friend and I took this class as first timers. The vibes were welcoming, the music was good and I felt like I got a good workout. Even when the music stopped working the last 5 minutes of class it was still fun. The instructor will demonstrate every workout. During some of the class she’ll turn off the lights and the class is lit up by a color disco ball and glow bracelets. Would definitely come back :)
